The 60 m² apartment accommodates 4 guests, is on the 10th floor of the Los Ramos complex, and was fully renovated in June 2018 to make you feel at home. It features a living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, communal pool (open from May 15 to October 15, during set hours), terrace furniture, washing machine, dishwasher, and storage room. The private, enclosed garage is within the building and accessible by elevator, so you won’t have to worry about finding street parking, which is limited and may be paid during certain seasons. Bed linen, bath towels, and final cleaning are included in the rental price. On a small hill lies the old town of Almuñécar, with narrow streets and typical whitewashed houses. After exploring the many shops, you can relax in one of the shaded squares and terraces. Free parking is available in the garage. Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interiors for easy accessibility. Air conditioning in all rooms, including the living room, with heating option. Pool open in high season. No parties allowed. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
